Standard UK delivery is £3.99 & we accept returns for a refund* or exchange within 14 days. 

Covid-19 update We are pleased to announce that we remain open. Our standard delivery may take slightly longer than usual as we practise safe social distancing procedures across all of our business functions. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail or local courier & will be contact free.

  • All of our parcels require a signature.
  • Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day. 
  • Order by 3pm on the Friday & select Saturday Delivery to receive your order on Saturday.

  • Free delivery items will be sent using standard delivery 2-5 working days.
  • Some post code areas may not be eligible for Express next day delivery. If this is the case we will notify as soon as possible.

Please note:
Charges quoted are for up to a maximum of 3 items purchased. Thereafter extra postage charges may apply, this includes the free delivery on orders over £75.00.

We ship our orders using Interlink Express, DPD or on some occasions via Royal Mail recorded parcels. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and shortly after you will be sent tracking information. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery. If there is no-one available to take delivery they may attempt to leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advertise this, or to confirm the parcel has been returned to the local depot. If this is the case you can contact them to re-schedule delivery or collect from them.

In some cases stock may not be available; if this is the case we will contact you via e-mail within 24 hours.

No orders will be processed on national holidays or weekends. These will be processed the following working day. Delivery times are quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries. Rule One London is not responsible for any delays caused by bad weather, air or postal strikes, or by destination customs clearance.

Until a parcel has been in the postal system for 14 days or 28 days for international orders, Royal Mail do not deem a parcel as lost. It is highly unlikely that deliveries will take this amount of time however we are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period has elapsed. For larger items please check that your local post office is not holding your parcel for collection.


We hope you love your purchase from Rule One, however if you are unhappy we will accept your return for a full refund minus the original cost of delivery within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in an unworn, unused, unmarked condition. This includes being free from make-up, tans, creams, perfume, smoke, with all tags intact and in original immaculate condition.

We do not cover your shipping costs back to us. Please follow the instructions on the returns sheet included with your order and send back to us within 14 days of receipt. Items received outside of this 14 day window may be eligible for exchange only.

We recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we can not be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. We will send you a confirmation email once we have processed your refund. This can take up to 14 business days.

Please ensure your parcel is secure and properly protected. If you are sending back shoes the box must be wrapped or covered and not sent with the address label and/or postage stamp taped directly onto the box damaging the packaging. If this is not adhered to you may be charged for the cost of the packaging.



Items must be received back in their original condition. We do not cover your shipping costs back to us. If you have mislaid your returns form please email us at and we will be happy to assist. 

1) Complete the returns form that is inside your parcel with your purchase.
2) Attach the printed address to the front of your parcel.
2) Return your item to the address specified on the form within 14 days.
3) Send via your local post office using a tracked or recorded service.
4) Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned purchase. This can take up to 14 business days. 



Exchange is available only on items of a similar value. We can not give credits or refund the difference on exchanges. If there is a price difference on the item you wish to exchange, we advise that you place a new order for that item and send back your original purchase for a refund. Please clearly mark on your returns for the size/colour which you would like to exchange for, or different product of equal value. As with our returns, the item must be received in its original, unworn condition. Exchanges take approximately 2-5 working days to be sent to you depending on stock availability.
